HOW IT STARTED

The Amprsand was founded on a simple belief: structure and people are at the heart of sustainable growth.

Leila learned this firsthand while leading people operations at some of Africa's fastest-growing startups. She watched companies scale from 20 to 200 people, enter new markets, and navigate restructuring. She saw what breaks when you grow too fast, and what holds when you build right.

The Amprsand exists to help founders get this part right. Leila works with growth-focused companies to build people systems that can handle what is coming - not just what is happening now.
